Responsibilities & Achievements:• Led or main contributor for applying statistical methodologies for multiple and large biomarker discovery projects. Responsibilities included: led the design of statistical analysis plan, led the data preparation and data management, performed the statistical analysis, prepared analysis manuscripts and presentations, etc. The main projects attended:- Nutrition Study Biomarker Analysis- Clinical Trials of Biomarker Analysis for Early Detection of Colorectal Cancers (CRCs) - Sample Size estimations for multiple biomarker clinical trials: Ovarian Cancers, Pancreatic Cancer, Sepsis, Somalogic, Preeclampsia etc.• Primary contributor to the automatic statistical analysis platform, which is used for the design verification study of diagnostic platforms and assays. • Primary contributor in protocol design for design verification study, especially in the area of statistical analysis methods. • Initiated and primary contributor for the evaluation of migrating SAS to R platform • Primary contributor for the statistical department in terms of the statistical methodologies, automation design, code standard, etc.
