◆ Lead sales, marketing, and business development, build strong relationship with all the top tier broadcasters;◆ Explore business initiatives and potential opportunities to expand the market and business scale;◆ In charge of budget and forecast, ensure business activities are in line with;◆ Work closely with UK and Asia headquarter on production, finance, and legal departments for all projects;◆ Prepare and attend the invested JV’s board meeting, evaluate the business status, access risks, and analyze proposed business plan for the shareholders;With great team effort, have successfully launched and localized the global well-known formats into China, such as Got Talent, X Factor, Idol, Take Me Out, Hole in the Wall, each of these shows achieved 10 to 16 million viewership at the time.

> Provide finance support to Business & Marketing (BMO), including analyze revenue, drive financial accountability;> Draft and evaluate weekly/monthly revenue report of Actual vs Forecast;> Monitor the marketing spending monthly, help the team to improve the consistency between planning and performance. Working alongside many talented people at Microsoft gave me great opportunity to enhance my abilities, especially on analytical skills and self-learning.
