1、负责国际市场合同、收入、回款、利润等业绩指标任务，负责一定周期内客户市场信息、订单情况、收入情况、回款情况等数据的调研与收集；根据客户市场情况，制定该周期内合同、收入、回款等销售指标的计划与跟踪落实；2、负责国际项目的售前技术支持，完成售前咨询、方案设计、投标书制作、投标及应答3、负责完成各类国际项目的合同可行性评估、方案会审、主要设备的技术选型等工作及时掌握各类标准和政策、业务流程及相关规定；4、负责国际业务技术管理流程的制定工作，跟踪和学习最新的技术动态，及时了解新技术、新业务和新设备；5、对接国际业务，制定系列项目主计划；横向沟通资源支持并拉动交付链落实项目主计划；培养项目经理或工程师并进行项目管理绩效考核；6、负责根据国际客户需求，建立及维护的项目计划，包括制定、发布系列国际项目主计划，协调各项目计划间资源冲突，沟通项目主计划并及时共享到相关支持部门、业务人员及客户；7、识别国际项目（制造）执行的主要异常及风险点，组织项目协调会，横向沟通到责任部门，做好项目风险防范及管理8、对国际项目执行的绩效和问题点进行季度总结和组织各职能部门研讨，按月度或季度开展项目管理绩效考核和改进9、负责拓展国际事业部内部各部门间以及与公司各分、子公司及其他业务单元间的过程管理10、参与制定及调整SOP主计划及生产排产计划优先级更新，追踪国际生产订单并落实生产成本计划及产品陈本核算11、参与审定技术管理标准，编制生产工艺流程，审核新产品开发方案，并组织试生产，不断提高产品的市场竞争力12、统筹国际客户满意度的管理、改进、提升，负责客户满意度管理制度、客户满意度提升方案；13、统筹国际客户售后服务、年检工作、质量问题、客户投诉的接受、汇总、结果的跟进14、负责国际事业部员工的日常管理、绩效管理和培训培养，激发员工工作激情和良好态度，提高工作效率和技能

 Responsible for Strategic Supply Sourcing mainly focus on High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) valve, C&P and DCY equipment and components EM Sourcing and low cost sourcing Responsible for Project Tendering cost target and calculation of valve, C&P, and part of Main Circuit equipment packages. Responsible for Supplier development from Chinese market for both Local and global Market. Supplier base management and Supplier performance evaluation. Project execution support for local purchasing team including leading the order processing and procurement, mainly focus on Demand Supply Plan, SAP maintenance, OTD and OQD tracking, Project cost controlling and Warehouse incoming goods and goods release management support. Global commodity team member and support from local. Supplier qualification and maintenance focus on local process build up and lead the cross function team tracking the procedure.  Financial related issue coordination and management.

 High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) project Thyristor Valve mechanical design, for 500kV project, participated in and take responsibility of HULIAO, 3GS, 3GG，3GSII，Qinghai-Tibet project, for 800kV projects, take responsibility of Xiangjiaba-Shanghai, Jingpin-Sunan proects. Supervisor for Thytistor valve on site installation.  Participated in project management related material collection, material delivery, and material quality control. OD (Operational Development) process coach. CAD system set up for Microstation and NX. Project support for the HVDC projects executed in Sweden. Take the responsibility in project negotiation with costumer focus on the TV mechanical part technique.
