After over a decade living and studying in the U.S. and Europe, I bring a well-rounded, cross-cultural perspective to my work in personal growth. I’m currently with a top Chinese meditation app, where I manage the full delivery of a course on "Attention Strategies for Presence, Power, and Inner Balance in Life and Leadership". Working with a leading scientist in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology, I’m excited to help bring these insights to a Chinese audience.My role covers everything from project planning to community management, and I’m focused on making these techniques practical and meaningful for people. I see myself as a bridge between Eastern and Western ideas, helping translate powerful psychological concepts into something our users can actively apply to their lives. It’s especially rewarding to build and nurture a community around these ideas, creating a supportive space for learning and growth. By combining my international experience with a deep respect for local culture, I hope to introduce skills that truly resonate, helping more people explore new paths to focus, productivity, and connection.
