Working with globally distributed teams (USA, Canada, India and China), my main mission as following, Developing new requirements and enhancement requests on the Cloud Administrators management, Service Maintenance and Audit Log portions of the product, including Web UI and multiple REST APIs integration. Deliver software on a monthly development cycle and demo new features to QA. Requirements Analysis from various stakeholders, and modeling business processes and design. In DevOps mode participate to Asia zone on-call, to assist production issues with Ops and other service teams. Working in continuous development/deployment mode, Dev/Test env maintenance. As Scrum Master in daily stand-up meeting, coordinate work between team member. Documents summary and coach new team members about processes and Cloud business. Actively participate to code reviews.
