The spirit of “Low-Carbon from the Roots” tells to combine most vulnerable urban-rural environmental problems, research potentials and approaches for local and international markets, discover of best areas and value chains for environmental-friendly investment.

Based on international and local priorities, its innovation endeavors work as an instant professional platform with experienced experts, practical-oriented technology institution and enterprises. The strategic emphasis lies in adaptable spatial planning strategies for economic and environmental joint recovery, innovative environmental education and tourism, place branding as part of investment plan of cities and regions, connection of environmental technical products to their environments.Natureherit is developing "GreenMagnets'Tool" - an open source learning-promotion tool for World's Places, making first cases in Europe and Asia. This tool and future open source will help people, businesses and local governments in different locations to get back to their roots and loving places while reducing carbon footprints, increase green investment, participation and social-corporate responsibility. This will flourish nature-heritage based Place Economy of regions and cities, greeting effective green, economic and technical driving forces.
