Major Accomplishments:■ Completed development and launch of an Omni-Channel Engagement Toolkit with utilizing Aktana AI Engine. With providing the individual HCP engagement strategy, the toolkit assists each Medical Rep in managing >600 HCPs across multi channels e.g., F2F visit, content recommendation-based WeChat push and virtual rep call.■ Delivered an AI-based HCP visiting suggestion tool in Veeva CRM, with impacts including optimized HCP coverage, increased HCP perception(+51%) and more sales growth(+36%).Responsibilities:■ Acted as a consultant to clients, gathering business requirements through interviews and workshops, and further translating those requirements into Aktana’s solutions.■ Organized regular project meetings both externally and internally, boosted effective and efficient communication among clients, Aktana and vendors.■ Collaborated internally with engineer, operations, and QA teams in function implementation. Prepared UAT and guided users through the testing. ■ Ensured project milestones were timely completed with desired results.■ Successfully enabled change management by preparing and conducting trainings, suggesting motivation plans, and designing metrics to trace and analyze end user’s adoption.■ Proved the positive impact by analyzing behavioral(CRM), HCP perceptional and sales data.

Major Accomplishments:■ Delivered 6 health economics and outcomes research (HEOR/RWE) projects. Objectives include comparison of subject characteristics, clinical and economic outcomes and healthcare resource utilization and post-authorization safety. ■ Finished over 20 anonymous longitudinal patient data (APLD) and oncology projects, involving regimen drug usage, source of business, line of therapy, persistence and compliance, length of therapy and target physician listing.■ Supervised and coached 1 direct report.■ Built an in-depth understanding in IQVIA Real-World Data - Rx, Medical Claim(Dx), Hospital Charge Detail Master(CDM), PharmMetrics Plus (P+) Health Plan Claims and Ambulatory Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Database.Responsibilities:■ Extracted and cleaned datasets using SQL/PLSQL from relational database/Hadoop. ■ Conducted statistical analyses using SAS, including different classical statistical test, propensity score matching, IPTW, Poisson regression model, GEE and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.

Major Accomplishments:■ Implemented 17 clinical trial databases complying with CDISC standards, which included phase III diabetes, phase III oncology and phase I studies. Responsibilities:■ Managed clinical databases administration assignments including database creation,distribution, trouble shooting, modification and lock throughout the clinical trial.■ Utilized Oracle Clinical to create databases, edit checks and data entry UIs for clinical trials.

■ Proved that utilities and equipment meet the GMP acceptance criteria though preparing and executing qualifications of water utilities, HVAC systems for the rabies vaccine (HDCV) pilot plant.
