I am a senior dispute resolution and regulatory lawyer, dual-qualified in England & Wales and Singapore (having practiced in Magic Circle firms in London and Singapore), with extensive experience acting on international arbitration, litigation, regulatory and investigation matters across APAC. I have led dispute resolution and regulatory teams, both private practice and in-house, acting for clients across the financial technology, e-commerce, private equity, banking and infrastructure space. I advise on payments, digital markets and services, cybersecurity, data privacy, artificial intelligence and other technology matters. I have also engaged with regulators (PDPC and MAS) on the regulatory reform agenda. I have been recognised by clients in the Legal500 (Asia) for international arbitration, having acted on private commercial arbitrations under all major rules and institutions.Currently, as Director (Senior Legal), Product and Regulatory at Visa, I look after payments regulatory, licensing and compliance matters for domestic and cross-border payment and monetisation solutions across APAC for licensed and unlicensed entities within the Visa Group. I also lecture and teach international dispute resolution and advocacy to bar examination students and undergraduates. Prior, as a Senior Associate (Dispute Resolution and Regulatory) at Clifford Chance, I acted primarily on international arbitration, litigation, investigations and regulatory matters, and, spearheaded the technology dispute resolution and regulatory practice in Singapore.
