Main tasks:-managing the SQE team target setting; lead ship development; performance development;-managing the new supplier audit and technical review-managing the program timing setting; -lead the SQE to follow the program;-managing the SOPed program quality issue;-support buyer to identify cost reduction opportunities (negotiation, cost analysis, resourcing, technical cost)-managing the supplier regular period audit to keep the consist quality;
