With over 15 years of work experience in various fields, I am a pastor who is passionate about teaching, leading, and equipping God's people for His glory. I have a strong desire to promote biblical and sound doctrine among Chinese-speaking Christians around the world.As the lead pastor of Shining Light Baptist Church, I am responsible for weekly expository preaching, discipleship and training future leaders, leadership development, and mission and evangelism strategy. I also handle all the miscellaneous work that need instant attention. I have successfully grown the church from a small congregation to a vibrant and diverse community of believers. I have also initiated and coordinated several outreach and service projects that have impacted the local and global communities. I use my skills in customer service management, Microsoft products, and Christian ethics to effectively communicate, collaborate, and serve with others.
