Understand the client's requirement and prepare estimate and timelines for digital projects, presenting them to clients what necessary in English or Bahasa Indonesia.3. Support cross functional teams (design, technology, etc) in delivery of each project for agency and our teams.4. Manage relationship with our team and clients by conductig regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, seeking clients feedback, making modifications to deliverable and processes to ensure client satisfaction.5. Communicate and track project milestones, monitor progress for all team members against each plan and adjusting schedule as needed.6. Collect, analyze data, and generate project reports needed in Japanese language.7. Report all project progress to Manager and Vice president.
