A resilient Accounting and Finance Lecturer, with broad skills and excellent qualitative and quantitative research background. Possesses effective communication skills and an active participant who is passionate about collaboration. Demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities used to mitigate risks and issues, allowing work to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives. Enterprise Interest and ActivitiesCorporate Governance is key to companies responding to the challenges of a rapidly changing business world, enabling sustainable growth in the long term, while maintaining stakeholder confidence. My approach looks at the relationship between corporate governance, corporate entrepreneurship and firm efficiency. Combining advanced auditing and management accounting practices, I offer in-depth diagnosis of organisation’s themselves and in relation to their sector/competitors to define and implement relevant best practice.For organically grown and fast scale-up businesses in particular I offer the opportunity to take stock, examine and optimise a company’s governance arrangements.
