As a result, received commendations from students and parents and led to many years of experience and being proactive in coming up with educational activities.► Created lesson plans tailored to the students’ level of learning and maintained progress reports and records to keep track of their developments. Facilitated individual and group language instruction, counselled and motivated students, ensured inclusive teaching practices and communicated with parents on a regular basis.► Spearheaded the project “Give it a Go” and planned university lectures for beginner groups with emphasis on delivery and visual aids, which resulted to a commendation from the University of Northampton Students’ Union.
