Manage quarterly and annual budgets and forecast reports for Licensor partners.Direct the forecast process, including managing deadlines, conducting analysis, confirming approvals, and providing detailed communication.

• Support TWDC’s Sales team, Business Operations, Legal, Finance and Accounting in all licenses of TWDC content to Canadian clients, both pre-sale and post-sale.• Administer and manage all such deals in the rights management system; manage all post-entry workstreams, e.g., draft and send notices (start dates, new seasons, etc.), license fee calculations, asset delivery, etc.• Provide day-to-day support of TWDC’s content sales activities with select accounts by ensuring robust deal analysis and content valuation• Working with the Canadian territory, and in conjunction with the overall Disney+ Programming Strategy, provide accurate availabilities of content, including calculating start and end dates based on complex holdback rules, airdates, and windowing strategy.

• Compile high volumes of material data sets in Excel. Map, migrate, and validate data sets in system. Accountable for the integrity of all sales data in database.• Audit deal terms of licensed product in the system and reconcile against the license agreement.• Agree and monitor appropriate corrective action/remediation plans and deal with any escalations• Comprehensive understanding of underlying distribution rights coupled with strong analytical skills to be able to perform analysis of exclusive vs. non-exclusive grant of rights, exclusivities, and restrictions/holdbacks.

• Manage and oversee operational processes of Residuals staff to ensure accuracy and timely deliverables for Basic Cable Market and Theatricals • Prepare and review morning status reports for Basic Cable/Theatrical setups• Liaison between Residuals Account Managers and Residuals staff• Coach and develop team building efforts to ensure high morale and comradery• Setup new shows for episodics and theatricals

• Analyze and interpret production and distribution contracts for residual liability• Setup and report residual liabilities• Administer residual calculations and payments for owned original content• Perform Sony Music royalty payments • Interpret the SAG, DGA, WGA, AFM and IATSE collective bargaining agreements• Act as liaison with associated guilds by researching and responding to various written correspondence and oral inquiries pertaining to residual payments from the guilds, talent, and management while ensuring compliance with the AMPTP Basic Agreements.

• Daily identify, reconcile, and correct inventory balance inaccuracies in assigned warehouses and locations• Collaborate with I.T. to develop new business metrics eliminating redundancy and enhancing time efficiency• Resolve 861 iDoc failures caused by Stock Deficits • Prepared for and participate in the Annual Cinram Physical Inventory in Huntsville, Alabama • Retrieve daily ad hoc reports from SAP database and process through V-lookups• Create inventory control standard of procedures as reference for current employees and new hires

• Identify, reconcile, and correct Inventory balance inaccuracies in assigned warehouses• Manage 861 iDoc failures caused by Stock Deficits to resolve inventory discrepancies and increase efficiency• Monitor and manage the Aging of Purchase Orders by purging remaining low inventory balances• Prepare for and participate in weekly Cinram and 3rd Party Physical Inventories and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory levels • Develop and deploy metrics measuring departments’ Inventory Accuracy results• Retrieve daily ad hoc reports from SAP database and process through V-lookups• Create procedural standards for inventory control as reference for current employees and new hires
