Shared Service - USA/MX •Daily work with sales team to ensure that all promotions are validated properly in order to facilitate timely and accurate estimation and deduction clearing.•Constant and effective communication with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for all trade deductions.•Accurate and timely delivery of monthly and annual sales reporting and analysis. •Identify, recommend and implement improvements to the Trade Promotion process (standardize, simplify, automate) •Track and monitor all transactions to create a deduction’s database.•Ensure back-up is legitimate, accurate, and received in a timely manner.•Enter and monitor account deductions in SAP Financial until final resolution.

•Assure Assignees Satisfaccion acording to relocation services (housing, orientation, settling in, etc).•Execute and coordinate Language Services activities for start-up company.•Determine suppliers to satisfy given assignees needs (brokers and service companies)•Provide Costumer Service Feedback and analyze results.
