As a Founding Principal of FIFTEEN Architecture + Design, I’m passionate about the power of architecture to create lasting, positive impact. I’ve always believed that design should be bold, human-centered, and accessible, whether that’s shaping the future of education, public spaces, or work.During my graduate school years, I had the incredible opportunity to spend summers at Mt. Lykaion, Greece, working on a multidisciplinary project alongside archaeologists, planners, scientists, historians, and researchers. This experience taught me the value of collaboration across disciplines, a core principle that I carried with me and later integrated into FIFTEEN. Through our distinct Collaborator Network model, I’ve seen firsthand how bringing diverse perspectives together leads to richer, more impactful design outcomes.Early in my career, I noticed that many talented women were leaving the profession and that it took years for young architects to have their voices heard. Inspired by more agile business models, particularly from the tech industry, I envisioned a firm that would break free from the traditional top-down hierarchy and celebrate collaboration, diversity, and flexibility.Today, I co-lead FIFTEEN with a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and community-driven solutions that transform spaces into places of healing, creativity, and connection. Along with an incredibly talented team, our firm is redefining the role of the architect, focusing on building strong, trust-based relationships with our clients and serving as their strategic partner and champion of their vision.I’m also deeply invested in teaching and mentoring through my role as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer, inspiring young designers to use architecture as a tool for positive change.Follow to join the conversation on how design can elevate communities, empower individuals, and shape the future.Roles & Recognition I’m most proud of:• Founding Principal, FIFTEEN Architecture + Design.• AIA Philadelphia Emerging Architecture Firm of the Year (2023).• Board Member, Philadelphia City Planning Commission.• Director of Design, AIA Philadelphia Board of Directors.• Adjunct Professor, Temple University, Tyler School of Art.• PIDC Navy Yard Design Review Advisory Committee.• Volunteer with the Community Design Collaborative and CHAD Design/Build Competition.• Lecturer, University of Pennsylvania
