Current• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to successful onboarding.• Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing regular updates on their application status.• Craft comprehensive job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate requirements.• Active source through different social networks and platforms using various media of recruitment such as boolean search, post jobs, referrals, and active and passive candidates.• Conduct thorough interviews with qualified candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Evaluate candidates based on client requirements and align their interests with the available positions.• Work closely with the sourcing team to create strategies to attract outstanding candidates. • Develop and implement plans to enhance diversity in the pipeline, ensuring an inclusive and varied talent pipeline.Handle recruitment for a broad spectrum of technical positions, including but not limited to e.g.: Full-stack, Frontend, Backend, QA Engineer, Manual, Automation, React, JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, Python, Go, AWS, JAVA, RoR, .NET, and others.
