Viajes Falabella is a travel agency that operates in Chile, Argentina and Colombia where you can find flights, hotels, tour packages and offers for several destinations. My role was to implement IT project solutions across Chile, Argentina, Peru and Colombia platform systems, managing and leading a team of six programmers, in coordination with architectures, developers, graphic designers and Brand Manager. The project specifically targeted new air tickets and hotel sales application service, enhancing the existing online sales platform, migration of existing flight module platform to cloud computing, which allowed faster users purchase experience, better usability and faster implementation of improvements and system maintenance, resulting in an increase of 10 times the average daily sales using Agile program management method to increase the productivity of the delivery teams.

Indra Sistemas, S.A. is a Spanish information technology and defense systems company. Indra is organized around three business areas: information technologies, simulation & automatic test equipment, and defense electronic equipment. My role involved implementing continuous enterprise systems, improvement projects, working with stakeholders to document and understand business requirements and to then convert a specification of software development, managing and leading a team of 10 software developers for various companies, coordinating through all phases of delivery (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment), managing the creation of test cases for sprint deliverables to effectively identify bugs /issues prior to launch and my high level achievement was the release of several pieces of software that allowed companies to update their informatics platforms in order to add new functionalities and better performance.

My role held the responsibilities of being accountable for the operation and maintenance of systems and platform, leading a team of eight persons (programmers, network and server administrators), leading the technological platform migration to cloud computing, which proved to be one of the fundamental factors for the increase of clients and which doubled online transactions between 2010 and 2011, managing contracts of telecommunication, engineering and support services (including procurement), managing security policies (access, user profile, etc), general administration of systems and networks, configuration and control of changes in network and infrastructure, in addition to the design and implementation of the network architecture, service Management (Support helpdesk, tracking of tickets, resolution effectiveness and closure), monitoring the environment and performance of network systems and components and testing backup and contingency systems to maintain business continuity plans, maintain and supervise secure access to networks and infrastructure.
