Provides leadership for fulfillment activities on client engagements across all resource channels to ensure that project needs are met and that revenue & profit are maximized. Develops and maintains resource capacity levels that meet current & future business demand, financial, strategy and talent objetives-Staffing: Analyze staffing plans received from the Solutioning team, do the Staffing risk assessment and alert over the risks and mitigation plans.-Forecast: Elaborate HC and Utilization forecast annually, analyze weekly actuals, determine action plans to achieve commitments and maximize productivity in a weekly manner.-Demand management / fulfillment: Drives weekly staffing calls with the the project contacts and talent partners to facilitate fulfillment across contracts, create staffing plans, promote seats, keep seats updated in WFM tool-Bench & rolloff: anticipate bench, analyze under-utilized population, share bench with WFM LA to propose candidates to open demand, keep the assignments updated in WFM tools-Hirings / FTH: request hiring and FTH extension exception to the global board to get approvals for raising hiring / student conversion requests to talent, being part of the approving committee to provide vendor approvals

• Responsible for the end-to-end staff planning process• Lead staffing review, identifying risks and mitigation plans• Work with multiple teams - talent acquisition, 3rd party suppliers, sales, solutioning team and managers to understand staffing needs and drive multiple initiatives leading to functional efficiency gain• Build the short/long term capacity and constantly meet the planned capacity with minimum deviation• Coordinate with the leadership team the capacity movements as internal rotations, new hirings or attrition• Provide advisory to the hiring managers and talent acquisition processes through the evaluation of internal and external candidates • Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of performance, reporting to the LA WFM leaders• Elaborate forecast of FTEs and productivity and design plans to achieve the commitments• Monitor and examine processes, implementing improvements wherenecessary
