Responsible for compliance with regulatory laws including, but not limited to, new hire, FMLA, EEOC, ADA,and immigration.Maitenance of HR-related policies and procedures, employee handbook, forms creation and updates.Develop and place effective job advertisements, initial resume and phone screen, select qualified candidates and coordiante final interviews with hiring manager.Negotiate and extend offers of empoyment to successful candidatesPerform pre-employement background, employment verifications and reference checkingConduct new employee and benefits orientationProvide and Manage Benefits Plan AdministrationManage execution of various programs such as 401K, Health Benefits, COBRA, FMLA etc.Process salary increases and monitors payroll.Maintain contact with staffing and recruitment firms in order to communicate job openings, job requirements timelines, fee structures and interviews.Handle all levels of personnel issues, interpretation of company policy and benefit inquiries.Maintain Human Resource files and database.Conduct in-depth exit interviews, recorded results and provided recommendations to management as needed.
