• Managed the release of a new product called My Wellness Center, a personalized suite of diet & fitness tools that in 4 months of Beta had 21K registered users and reached 500k page views per month.• Worked with the User Experience team to plan and run usability studies in the initial effort of designing and mapping out the optimal end to end user experience for a large combination of features. • Accountable for gathering business requirements with stakeholder groups, managing the product road map and development schedule and delivering functional specifications.• Provided direction to Partner’s engineering team, design and business teams through the different phases of the product cycle including product maintenance and customer support.

• Participated in the creation of an outsource development team in China, acting as the primary liaison between the Shanghai offsite team and US stakeholders.• Planned the training of 20+ people in coordination with senior team members to introduce and educate the new offsite team about Microsoft best practices, product development processes, Agile project management, MSN web publishing platform, tools, systems and network standards. • Created and supervised two scrum teams and one sustain engineering team that assist on the feature development and production issues for the Asian Pacific markets. • Managed the relationship with the vendor company to ensure all aspects of the outsource agreement are in compliance. Monitored and tracked open issues and opportunities for improvement until resolution.
