As a founder and member of the leadership team of the Digital Factory, established in January 2017, Ispearheaded Randstad's digital transformation and innovation efforts on a global scale.I was responsible for the customer experience workstream, focusing on enhancing ouromnichannel presence and providing a seamless experience across all channels. Ioversaw the development and launch of a new website and app for talent across over25 countries, improving the conversion rate from candidate to applicant in a highlycompetitive market. Additionally, I led the Talent Experience workstream, introducing and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies such as video interviewing, digital assessment solutions, and livechat capabilities to improve productivity and streamline operations.
