* Ally with IBM strategic partners and evaluate their solutions and products with which might be embedded into IBM GTS service offering portfolio, that can be delivered to IBM’s customers as a total solution;* Build up and maintain strategic partnership with IBM strategic partners, act as an effective and immediate communication bridge between both senior management team of IBM and partners.* Internally, interlock with IBM client team and product solution team to drive GTS ITS OEM service revenue;* Design and execute sales enablement plan to IBM team with newly build solution or product portfolio.

* Focus on developing IBM data center network platform, work with partners to penetrate key accounts with well packaged solution;* Lead large sales team to close key project;* Do sales enablement as a solution architect.

*Design marketing strategy and marketing plan for industry sector, lead field marketing team to do execution;*Conduct industrial market research and work out marketing reports for sector senior management team annually, along with strategic consulting based on own market insight;*Manage qtrly marketing budget and supervise execution plan of field marketing team.
