DPM for 7.5 billion RMB TOD mega project:Overall take care of the project progress, quality and safety & risk management;During this period no accident happen in my site, project overall progress as per planed schedule and all quality problems have been inspected and rectified.The team is united and 10 engineers under me no one resign during that 1.5 year.

1.To work with contract team and verify for contractor’s monthly payment;2.To work with contract team for contractor claims verification and payment/rejection. 3.In charge of risk management & safety of Thomson line project, monitoring the construction risks of each activity, coordinating and cooperating with contractor to manage & mitigate the construction risks. The project had achieved 6 million safe workman hours. 4.To supervise and work with contractor to make sure the progress is based on/ahead of the planning program. The station progress achieved 2 month ahead of planning key date; 5. To make sure project environment control as per relevant authorities requirements and make good relation with stakeholders, to minimise the projects impact to public;6.To supervise and work with QP(S) team to check and make sure the quality as per code requirements; 7. To work with design consultant and contractor for design changes and other design issues;8.In charge of projects internal and external audit works, no non- compliance found for our project; 9.Involving in mined tunnels construction, safety, quality management; 10. To guide and supervise the junior staffs;11.To arrange and supervise the QPs team working hours and their monthly payment;
