Responsibilities:1)Assist the project manager in everyday actions in the office, the factory and construction site in various locations around China.2)Assist the project manager when dealing with suppliers, purchasers and logistics.3)Perform quality control visits at various suppliers.4)Visit construction site, to be able to write and document a complete report about the on-going situation.5)Deal with partner companies, suppliers and act in an independent manner to take decisions.6)Solve problems under pressure when dealing with multiple parties in order to meet deadlines and quality expectations.7)Read furniture and construction drawings on paper and the computer (use of CAD format).8)Redact business and administration documents using Microsoft Office (packing list, quantity and quality survey, emails etc …)9)Write emails to the client in comprehensive English and be able to answer the phone in English.10)To be available to work on weekends and holidays when necessary during rush delivery times.Project:PANERAI boutique shops in China, Dior boutique shops overseas, Jimmy Choo boutique shops overseas, etc,.
