In charge of process and operation of global sealing prototype center plant, which has sealing product line and tool shop:1. Define and control capital, expenditure and HC budget.Handle quotation for sealing project as well as die tooling.Program management for projects launched in prototype center plant, all the way from drawing to finished part.Define manufacturing process in terms of process flow, machine configuration, die tooling, layout, line speed and machine parameters.Validate and tune die tooling through process trialPrepare and adjust rolling forecast as well as daily production plan.Preparation of all process related document e.g. process flow, PFMEA, work instruction, visual aids, standard operation etc.Define and validate packaging method for finished goods.Implement preventive maintenance and TPM for all production equipment.Analyze and address quality issue with PD and customer.Define, review and make assessment of performance goal of team member, providing coach accordingly.

1. Establish ME team’s capability in newly setup Pune technical center, covering industrial engineering, process engineering and die center.2. Act as AME manager to design and implement manufacturing process for new project in India and ASEAN countries, ensuring project KPI to be met in terms of timing, cost, quality and efficiency etc.: a. Overall process and production capacity definition. b. Specification definition, installation and release of equipment. c. Crimping die design and validation. d. Manufacturing layout design and implementation. e. Conduct of work content breakdown, time study, line balancing and standard operation. f. Preparation and training of process related document e.g. PFMEA, work instruction. g. Design of KANBAN, pull system, material rack, packaging and delivery route of material, WIP, finished goods. i. Define and follow up production ramp-up3. Act as plant ME manager to maintain existing manufacturing process, responding to ECN, volume change and other changing demands from operation.4. Conduct machine trouble shooting and preventive maintenance, implement TPM in the plant.5. Continuously improve existing plant manufacturing process with 6-sigma and lean concept to reduce change-over time, machine DT, HC, scrap, reflecting on overall manufacturing cost reduction.6. Lead new business quotation for capital investment, labor hour and operator HC.7. Lead crimping die localization in India.8. Support to enhance plant ME team’s capability in ASEAN plants, through training, best practice and lessons-learned sharing.9. Act as global interface to lead implementation of ME IT system in AP.10. Support DFM activity.11. Address process related quality issue.11. Support customer/TS audit and EHS activity.12. Prepare and control annual capital, expenditure and HC budget.13. Define annual target and conduct performance assessment for team member.
