- Independently manage and handle portfolios- Ensure timely lodgement to authorities, i.e. Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM)- Assist to draft written resolution for board and members- Provide advice to client, liaise with relevant authority, i.e. CCM, LHDN- Field of experience: Incorporation (Sendirian Berhad, Berhad), Members Winding Up (in process), Strike Off, Change of Company Name, Abolishment of Memorandum and Articles of Association, Lodgement of Audited Financial Statements/lodgement of Exempt Private Companies, declaration of dividends, transfer shares and etc.
