Current- Analyze data with Seeq using Python to create relational data- Create reusable SQL Queries in System Advisor to filter desired data, saving hours of manual data editing.- Track control blocks using System Advisor to find interlocks, preventing process system outages.- Program conditions and calculations into Distributive Controls Systems (DCS) through Reverse Polish Notation (RPN) and HLBL (Pascal) code to automate the process, reducing manual labor by about 30 minutes per action.- Implement an user-friendly display screen for the APC subsystem within the DCS, enhancing operator efficiency and familiarity with the platform.- Improve the system integration by unifying multiple APC subsystems into the DCS screens.- Developed secured connections between DCS and APC by utilizing different control blocks for memory storage, boolean functions, calculations, and graphic effects.
