Interface with product manager, core team leader and coordinate purchase and PMC to ensure product trial pass and successful mass production and on-time delivery to customer.

1. Project Management: overseeing 3 primary projects from initial concept, customer requests, to product design, preliminary experiments, trial run through pilot run.2. R&D: Designed OLED layered structure and mask pattern, and fabricate TEG for testing; Supervising TFT substrate treatment and AMOLED evaporation process and related equipments and process in pilot line.3. Team Management: Lead Process and Equipment Group in: fab layout planning, equipment & production planning; equipment installation, adjustment, and acceptance tests; engineer and technicians training and team building.
