1. Phage display. As a primary member to screen GPCR binders by bio-panning using phage display method from immune single domain antibody library, and validate the binders.2. B cell sorting. As a core member used FACS based B cell sorting to identify single domain antibodies from camelid PBMC.3. Antibody based PROTAC. Support a POC study for antibody based PROTAC by characterizing the intercellular expression of the molecules, target degradation and downstream effects.

1. Nanobody antibody discovery. Identified VHH binders to different target proteins using phage display technology, validated and optimized them by CDR mutation and humanization. 2. Immune and naïve library construction. Constructed dozens of immune and naïve single domain antibody libraries which functional binder can be screened from these libraries.3. BsAb antibody engineering. Designed novel formats BsAb such as Fab-ScFv, BiTE, DVD for two antibodies, constructed the molecular, expressed and purified the protein, verified its function.

GPCR antibody discovery and engineering. As a team member to construct immune library, find GPCR functional binders by phage display and conduct affinity maturation by random CDR mutation.

Functional gene discovery. As a leader, silenced the target gene by Virus Induced Gene Silencing (VIGS) and analyzed the correlation between gene expression level and phenotype.
