As a team lead, I have the responsibilities of opening and closing store, and being MOD(manager on duty) to make sure that the store is running at its max efficiency. Throughout the day as MOD, I also have to keep my district manager updated on how the store is doing and do a summary on how the store did for the day at closing. As a result, I learned how to lead a team, how to keep things under control, how to communicate and manage other people and how to handle working under pressure.
