AS a Global Server Center project supervisor in DJI from July 2015 to Jan 2016, DJI is the market leader in easy-to-fly drones and aerial photography systems, HQ service center is located in Shenzhen, it is managing all the customer support service all over the world. My work was planning and reengineering the business process of call center, repair center, goods returned and exchanged center, Key account center. Ensure customer all over the world can get support service immediately from the Global Server Center via mail, call, Web chat, and the service requests can be assigned to internal different support team automatically in 24 hours as predefined policy.
