Identified and interviewed 30 candidates for a large Chinese pharmaceutical client. Successfully placed one candidate in a senior manager role for the client’s China team.

Conducted detailed market research on diabetic drugs in China to assist project team in developing recommendations for Bayer to increase market penetration. Drafted reports and presented research findings to pharmaceutical clients. Compiled prescription data of Bayer’s Glucobay from over 10,000 hospitals across China. Used regression techniques to analyze the drug’s usage rate and develop predictive models to project market performance.

Boston

Collaborated with other two students on the protein separation, purification and expression process by using the SDS-PAGE, Western blot and other methods. Measure the concentration of solution by using the ELISA technique.Achieved higher purified protein concentration levels, enabling additional experiments to be conducted.

China

Work on the extraction and purification of anthocyanin of Purple Potato.Co-authored a paper and a patent published on Northwest Institute of Plateau Biology, Chinese Academy of Science.

China

Led team of six researchers to analyze anti-tumor properties of Saururus chinensis through the extraction and purification of key compounds. Co-authored A New Lignan from Saururus chinensis, published in the Journal of China Pharmaceutical University.
