-Assisted senior bankers in fintech M&A transactions, capital raising activities, strategic advisory origination and execution-Facilitated in preparing presentation materials for senior bankers for various pitches, internal screening, and valuation analyses-Managed the firm’s customer relationship management system by researching and inputting contact information for individuals of C-suite and director levels on the buyer list, leading to several promising conversations between senior bankers and potential clients

-Assisted in building a 63-page CIM by researching strengths and weaknesses for risk analysis and drafting industry overview-Researched the macro environment’s impact on gaming markets and complied a buyer tracker consisting of 100+ investors-Facilitated due diligence by collecting client’s press highlights, LTV/CAC ratio, and competitor’s consumer for the VDR

- Performed financial analysis and modeling to calculate net operating income, total capital expenditure, and pro forma cap rate; compared the findings of the analyses with the financial information on the offering memorandum for alignment- Developed and maintained databases and spreadsheets by adding 70+ initial data including, entry cap rate, vacancy, rent per unit; contacted 10+ agents and brokers to attain the required data such as capital expenditure, gross rent, exit capital rate- Researched laws and policies to merge and acquire commercial banks in China; created outreach and pitch documents and sourced banks that fit the criteria and persuaded them to open a new branch to raise 100 million RMB in deposits per year- Conducted research on 30+ high potential return properties within 100 miles radius from Chicago center, aligning with Springer’s investment strategies and parameters to collect data on multi-family apartments and other mixed used buildings- Led due diligence process on workstreams such as property tax and cap rate investigation and leasing contract data accuracy
