As an early member of Jingtum Tech and core member of engineer team, I have studied the technology and social science of blockchain since 2013. This experience makes me believe that blockchain can lead to a revolution on how human beings can collaborate thus to reduce the total cost of society. Therefore, I joined MOAC as a co-founder and CTO to implement this idea.MOAC project is a revolutionary DAPP platform and blockchain ecosystem. It is DAPP oriented and fundamentally changes the way how DAPP works on blockchain. It is also carefully designed to allow much wider community participation by introducing two-layer mining. Its sharding technique improves the performance by 100x over existing blockchain solutions. As a bonus of its elegant design, MOAC provides easy atomic cross-chain capability. I have been working on MOAC project ideas since 2016. MOAC successfully finished its fund raising on July 2017. Since then, MOAC project has been on its full speed. MOAC Blockchain Tech, INC is the service provider for MOAC project. As a CTO and leader of development team, my focus has shifted from Jingtum Tech to MOAC.

Jingtum is decentralized Blockchain as a platform for both consumer and business client applications.

● Responsible for power analysis website. Work in DTS and their customers. Understand ambiguous customer requirements. Explore and evaluate feasibilities of different methodologies and techniques to fulfill sophisticate customer requirement. Work in a fast pace AGILE/SCRUM environment. Established adequate communications with customers to figure out the optimized solution without exposure to the classified information. Created a website with sophisticated data structure, table, tree view and plot elements that freed up a lot of time for the customers.● Techniques used:○ Perl/CGI, Javascript (jQuery, jqGrid, jqPlot, QUnit etc.), Jython, CSS3, HTML/HTML5, MySQL, Apache 2, Suse Linux, JSON, MVC, SVN, Code Collaborator.○ Page preloading and algorithm optimizing: reduced page loading from minutes to less than 5 seconds.

● Work in store systems. Participate in development of alerting system, store manager recap system, comp shopping system, fresh product planning system, UNIX to Linux conversion and SKU Inventory system. Pioneered cross platform SOA, REST, persistent coding and IoC coding. Responsible for prove of concept, writing technical design document, writing specs, writing and modifying codes, warranty support, leading development team in projects and etc. Work with vendors, business partner, project management team and support and quality control team. ● Techniques used:○ ESQL/C, ETL, WSDL, SOAP, REST, .NET(C#/VB, ASP, WPF, WCF, MVC), Java, Hibernate, Spring, Axis2, Json, Ext JS, jquery, socket and etc.○ Working on HP AIX, SUSE Linux, Apache server, Windows IIS server, Windows services, Windows Mobile (Motorola handhelds MC55/50), Android Tablet, various weight scales.○ Utilizing CA Clarity, TeamForge/SVN, HP QC, Remedy, SharePoint, Hudson, Anthill Pro and etc. ○ Working on database engines like IBM Informix, Teradata and MS SQL server.○ Flowchart (system, document program), data flow diagram, REA modeling, database metadata diagram/document.

• Utilized Visual C++, VB/ASP and .NET Framework to develop data acquisition software in embedded windows system, a Non-Destructive Testing instrument; Responsible for program logic, flow charting, coding, debugging, testing and documentation; Designed and implemented data processing algorithms.• Managing software developing projects. Communicating with customers and partners. Developing business plans and priorities. • Techniques used: o Applied OpenGL to enhance the GUI effect. o Hardware controlling such as USB and stepper motor. o Implemented Windows XP Embedded for handheld device. o Utilized MS SQL server for data transformation and storage. o Designed and maintained an ASP.NET website.

• Set up and maintained an MS Access application, as a database server for small business needs. • Utilized VBA and SQL under Access and Excel to create style sheet containing complex formulae and formats. Built a user-friendly interface for customer to type in parameters and click buttons to pull out the account analysis information.• Programmed in Java, JavaScript, Perl and HTML for an Apache server and MS Access database. Utilized techniques in TCP/IP, RMI, Swing and embedded SQL, etc..

• Provided network and system monitoring in a cohesive and accessible manner.• Utilized Shell scripts and Perl for daily/weekly automatic cron jobs to track, backup and perform other necessary maintenances.• Set up Apache, mod_perl, on Linux and Windows servers. • Managed virtual domains, user accounts, MySQL databases, ftp/sftp servers and email servers.• Utilized MySQL database to build tables of maintenance records and reports.• Programmed CGI applications to generate web pages by using Perl modules such as CGI, HTML::Parser, Text::Template and LWP. • Designed web pages and templates, using Dreamweaver, Homesite and Photoshop. Programmed with HTML, CSS and JavaScript codes.
