Conducted an in-depth market research on potential customer groups, collected relevant data on customers’ backgrounds and consumption habits, and legal regulation.Processed and analyzed the recent three years’ customer data from major transportation service providers in Chengdu and Leshan. Compared profits and marginal costs between opening by ourselves and coopering with an automobile transportation company, ran the model to show cooperating maximize the profits at the beginning of the business.Participated in initial fundraising and achieved 800,000 RMB with other two partners to start the Ride hiring company. Engaged in company management of the entire process and got extensive improvement in supervisory capability, anti-pressure ability and communication skills.
