I am Xinya Chen. I am a person who is full of energetic and fashion-minded person. I always can find a new and creative point of view when the team was stay on the spot. Since I am an English major student in my bachelor study, I can work well with a multi-cultural and diverse work force. As I was worked in the Student Union in China, I am initiative, independent and having a good communicating skills. At meanwhile, I have the ability to work well with other team members. I also have the willing to learn from others and though this process I can make some progress. As for characteristic, I think I an elegant and with nice personality. No one is perfect. So am I. Although I am fashion-minded, sometimes the points, which I find, cannot carry out and fail to see the whole picture. In addition, sometimes I have procrastination. I just suddenly have this symptom, but after a while I will become the energetic and sunshine one and then I work in a organized and efficient way.
