1. Play a key role on new projects launch and regulatory compliance check for new products launch in China;2.Build and optimize efficient process development for compliant solutions with country teams;3. Perform license application (new substances, hazardous chemicals, precursor substances…) and NRCC registration;4. As consultant on bio-chemical regulations and provide regulatory awareness training to staff within Agilent;5. Involve in supplier’s compliance vertification and support on customer’s request.6. Monitor bio-chemical product regulations in China and other regions (Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore...) and give regulatory support, if needed.7. Good collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional business organizations;8. As contact window to communicate with external consultants and chemical association (AICM), advocacy with authorities on the regulation development in China and have a good relationship with China government such as NRCC, MEE, MEM.

1. Responsible for new chemicals notification, hazardous chemicals registration;2. Mainly focus on China chemical regulations, such as GHS, new chemicals regulations, hazardous chemicals, Ozone depleting substances(ODS), food contact related, GB standards for SDS and label;3. Monitor and identify APAC and EU chemicals regulations such as REACH, TW-REACH, K-REACH, Thailand hazardous chemicals, Philippine new chemicals, etc.; Analyze the impact to business and give clear instruction to business;4. Handle products evaluation according to GHS classification; Generate APAC SDS and label via system;5. Handle customer inquiry; Build a good relationship with BU and customers; Give professional support and training to BU and customers;6. Management of raw material audit, verify vendors ability to make sure the compliance of chemicals using into products;7. Collaboration with related functions (R&D, procurement, marketing, sales, etc.) to manage projects;8. Fully understand the internal process of SOP, MOC, RCA, etc.;9. Build up good communication with external associations and government authorities (AICM, MEP, NRCC); 10. Proficiency in SAP and MS office system;11. Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Chemical registration related; Fully understand with notification procedures of new chemical substances, restrict toxic chemical substances import & export notification, drinking water, food contacted, etc;2. Compile and update SDS and Label according to GHS requirement; Frequent in the system of SAP;3. Track and summarize domestic and international chemicals' related regulation;4. Closely contact associations to exchange our company's concerns.5. Authorize 3rd party testing agency for chemical test;6. Handle customer inquiry for all BU;7. Good relationship and network with industry associations and government authorities.

1. Conduct the experiments of water analysis;2. In charge of operation and maintenance for testing equipment like TOC, UV, ICP, etc;3. Prepare testing documentation;4. Handle lab chemicals inventory’s record and management;5. Training coordination for Lab employee.
