I had the privilege of interning with the China Journey Team, an integral part of the MCX team, dedicated exclusively to the Chinese market. During this enriching experience, my role focused on enhancing the complete customer journey and Schiphol experience for Chinese passengers.My responsibilities spanned a wide spectrum of tasks, including managing Schiphol's presence on Chinese social media platforms like Weibo and WeChat. I crafted compelling content, engaged with our vibrant community, and provided top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries.In addition to nurturing brand awareness and attracting potential customers, I was tasked with collecting and analyzing customer-related data. This invaluable information enabled me to provide actionable insights to the team, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
