• Reviewed the methods and procedures used in clinical practice to assess the fitting of an upper limb prosthetic, noted shortcomings and limitations, and provided alternative improvements and solutions• Developed an Adjustable Diagnostic Forearm (ADF) to support up to 1.5 kg and is adjustable in terms of length (7.2 cm to 13.7 cm) and alignment angle for the residual limb (up to 13 degrees in all directions) for clinicians to simulate physical and functional design parameters prior to the fabrication of a final prosthesis• Designed 3D model ADF components in Solidworks; assisted with the 3D printing of ADF components and the testing to evaluate and verified the ADF prototype, depending on iterations, and performed design revisions
