- As an expert in clinical research and journal writing, I was responsible for writing and editing papers for journal publication and revisions. I also provided guidance on research topic selection and assessed the appropriateness of the research method and statistical analysis plan. - Successfully completed 30+ high-quality manuscripts, spanning diverse medical disciplines, such as cancers, cardiovascular diseases, gynecology, otolaryngology, and Chinese medicine. These publications encompassed a variety of research methodologies, including clinical prediction models, meta-analyses, and KAP studies, showcasing the breadth and depth of my expertise across the medical research spectrum.

During my study, I led and oversaw multiple large-scale research projects:1. I designed an advance care planning intervention targeting nursing home residents. Using engaging infographics and an interactive booklet to transform a traditionally challenging dialogue into a more accessible and informative process, successfully securing funding from the Hong Kong Health Bureau (1,499,498 HKD).2. Collaborating with lung cancer specialists, thoracic surgeons, and exercise experts, I developed a prehabilitation and health education program for surgical lung cancer patients and secured funding from the Hong Kong Health Bureau (1,410,064 HKD). I worked closely with the hospital management team and oversaw patient recruitment.3. I oversaw the execution of a city-wide survey study on preference for end-of-life care. Leading the research team, I successfully enrolled over 300 nursing home residents and caregivers for individual interviews. I independently conducted the data analysis and published in Journal of Clinical Nursing and BMC Palliative Care as the first author. I was invited by the International Honor Society of Nursing to present a webinar on End-of-Life Care from a Global Nursing Perspective.4. During COVID-19, the Southeast and East Asian Nursing Education and Research Network (SEANERN) initiated a multi-national study investigating the impact of the pandemic on nursing education. I was selected as the HKU representative and gathered pivotal information regarding nursing education from over 150 nursing students and faculty members.

- Led market and customer research for a Hong Kong SaaS company, employing usability testing, competitor analysis, qualitative interviews, and secondary research. The findings informed actionable recommendations aimed at boosting client acquisition, including the introduction of a freemium pricing model, B2B cross-selling targeting Shopify Plus members, and customized advertisements tailored to high-growth e-commerce vertices. - Conducted market entry analyses for the U.S. and Southeast Asia markets and delivered region-specific entry strategies. - Voted the best consultant.
