Profile bio

About Xin Yi See

Curious by nature, I love to find out how things work and science provides me with a logical framework to figure things out. I combined my passion for science with my love for food and pursued a PhD in food science.During my PhD, I deepened my knowledge on how formulation impacts powder behaviour. In collaboration with Nestlé, my research findings were leveraged to enhance the nutrition, stability and sustainability of powdered food products. It brings me great joy and satisfaction to translate my research findings into tangible consumer benefits. I am currently looking for opportunities to make more of such contributions as a researcher in the food/pharmaceutical sector.Outside work, I like to learn, volunteer, spend time in nature and with my loved ones. Whimsical podcasts and books are my favourite – I recommend ‘Science Vs’ and ‘Every Little Thing’ by Gimlet Media. I am always seeking new perspectives and opportunities, so feel free to contact me if you would like to connect.

Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Management, Leadership, R&D, and 15 others.
