- Design, manage, and draft data visualizations and reports for 1,100+ survey responses across 16 events - Develop staff scheduling and internal communication flow for an event team of eight staff- Conduct press releases and media outreach with print and digital media partners- Develop creative visuals for proposals, storyboards, character concept arts, brand decks, and social media posts- Represent clients as the brand ambassador at community outreach events, utilizing in-depth knowledge to engage with potential consumers and foster positive brand perception- Conduct market research, influencer research, and influencer outreach aligning with client objectives - Clients include LA County Public Works, California EDD, RivcoConnect, Clean Power Alliance, etc

- Work to foster an inclusive and positive community environment of residents’ identities, backgrounds, and needs.- Plan, promote, and execute social and academic events to support resident well-being and academic success. - Be knowledgeable on housing safety policies and document alleged policy violations and/or resident concerns in a timely manner.- Be fluent in office and desk work and help students and parents navigate through problems as the first person in contact.- Assist with building/emergency evacuation and crowd mitigation, communicate with first responders, and document critical information.

- Set up and configure audio/visual equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, and lighting systems.- Quickly identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to audio and visual equipment during events.- Communicate with presenters, lecturers, or performers to understand their audio/visual requirements and preferences.- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and event setups.- Document any issues, resolutions, or improvements for future reference.

- Conduct literature reviews to gather relevant information and contribute to the development of research hypotheses.- Collect and organize peer-reviewed findings in Excel suitable for the research.- Communicate with the researcher weekly for progress reports and topic updates.- Be knowledgeable in scientific research methods and data analysis.

- Actively promote and sell beauty products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with products.- Help customers find products, answer inquiries, and provide beauty recommendations.- Maintain a thorough understanding of Ulta's product offerings, including cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and credit card sign-ups.- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working environment.- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Assist in restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout.- Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment in accordance with Target's policies.- Monitor and report any suspicious activities to prevent theft or loss.- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer feedback and inventory needs.- Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
