This includes the full stack from hardware vendors (like Dell VxRail), to virtualization layer (vSphere/vSAN), to VM cluster layer, and to the Greenplum application layer. My team's charter includes R&D of best hardware options, vSphere/vSAN configurations, VM setup, networking, OS configuration, and Greenplum GUC tuning.
