Monitor cash accounts and post journal entries (per US GAAP) to clear capital calls and distributions for multiple private equities, preferred debt securities and tax credit (renewable energy) investments. On board new direct, joint venture, and co-invest equity investment details onto system of record, Investran, through review of: Executive Approval Memos, Limited Partnership Agreements, Limited Liability Company Agreements and Subscription Agreements.Provide general partnership (GP) accounting, reporting and reconciliation for Legacy Wachovia Capital Partners Secondary Fund (a fund of fund co-investment with non-controlling interest limited partners).Prepare multiple balance sheet account reconciliation schedules between investments' source ledger(s) and the bank's Oracle General Ledger during month-end close. Monthly & quarterly preparation of Basel III disclosure template for regulatory capital calculation & reporting.Monthly qualitative and quantitative variance analysis of investments' 145+ columns of financial and static records to its source, ensuring data integrity for BASEL capital calculations and regulatory reporting.Quarterly preparation of multiple SEC supporting schedules (i.e., 15.20s, 31.0s, 31.3s, 32.3a, 20.36s) to supplement the company's 10Q/10K/MD&A filings.Quarterly review of investments financial statements to determine equity gain/loss, impairments and commitment balances.
