Coordinating the delivery activities (>40 projects / year) by following the agreed PM methodology / process: steps, documentation, tools.Ensuring project change management & risk management for issues related to project delivery in a virtual & matrix organization – vertically with direct authority in the projects and horizontally across several functional entities. Single point of contact towards all Local Market stakeholders (managers and staff level) for all aspects related to Group Network projects delivery. Coordinate the implementation of the newest technology ensuring the core network evolution (Network Function Virtualization, 5G, introducing Cloud Native Architecture, etc). Ensuring the delivery in parallel of Voice Core, Data Core, Cloud Infrastructure and Connectivity, OSS, Mobile and Fixed Access, Services and Messaging projects.

Monitoring and supporting the projects delivery and portfolio management - planning, execution support and governance of delivery projects in multiple markets. Coordinate & lead Group's complex programs toward specific markets (Network Virtualization, 5G, VoLTE, etc). Ensuring that all the projects comply with Group standards and framework. Managing and influencing a wide network of stakeholders in an international environment. Representing the programs/projects in various project governance and inter-department forums. Ensuring transparency in projects delivery towards Local Markets and Technology Directors by coordinating the issuance of the Group monthly reports and organization of periodical status update meetings. Routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects, statuses, risks and mitigation plans.
