Sustainability Officer And Executive Assistant
Current- Providing research and operations support to the ESG department, including weekly global ESG policy monitoring, responsible investment portfolio research, internal responsible investment trainings, and formulating company-wide ESG governance improvement strategies- Processing and filing ESG data for ESG ratings, including MSCI ESG Ratings, Refinitiv and DJSI, where company ESG scores were improved due to enhanced disclosure and improvement strategies Responsible for reviewing the sustainability report and assisting interview and data collection processes. Making sure the report satisfies the disclosure requirements of institutions including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, TCFD, GRI, SASB, etc. - Implementation of Noah Charity Foundation's projects and events, such as summit meetings, charity concerts and charity sales. Assisting with the fund-raising campaigns in the fields of education, autism and biodiversity preservation through exchange with high net-worth clientsResponsible for the company’s CSR media campaigns, drafting and posting social media posts regarding ESG news and company development, and designing merch and posters for charity events- Also providing secretarial support to the Director of the Board, such as drafting project proposals and investment portfolio recommendations, preparing reports and materials for Board meetings, taking meeting minutes, responding to correspondences, etc.
