Responsible for overall operations of production and warehouse, including yearly strategy development, performance improvement, CIP plan & projects talent development .Key :*Together with IPO /Quality/Safety /MEX /Finance/ HR team, set up production yearly plan to meet customer requirement and deliver more with less.*Quality and safety as mandatory，build culture as customer oriented and Quality /safety culture in shopfloor*Improve productivity 70% during past 5 year through continously leading team to deliver innovative projects， eg. Super hero projects.*Develop new structure to improve capacity of production leadership team and develop supervisors& Engineers to higher level.

Reponsible for Production management, including both Mixing and Filling process. Take care of quality and safety in factory , mainly In charge of people development, cost improvement, productivity improvement through JJPS /RCPS/ASA Projects.

As mixing support manager, responsible for Mxing NPD/NPI/ Lean improvement/EE improvement/People development/Orgazation Reshape/CIP improvement of mixing area.

Key Responsibilities: Reach all KPI result through manage cell people & printing organization optimization & people development; Responsible for target and action plan setting and follow up daily; policy issued in order to get improvement for factory, such as behavior ,bonus policy in printing process; Responsible for daily management of printing process; Policy maker and modifier regarding production, equipment, safety, quality; Increase EE survey scores in printing process; Increase the productivity & reduce the process waste of whole factory through FI methodology together with FI pillar members.Achievements:  Perfect packs delivering with equipment efficiency increasing from 65% in 2011 to 70% 2015; Leading printing team to reduce printing waste from 1.0% in 2011 to 0.7% 2015; Reputation are increase with customer claim reduce from 56 cases in 2011 to 10 cases in 2014; Leading Focused Improvement Pillar get good result.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for target and action plan setting and follow up daily; participate in policy issued in order to get improvement for factory, Such as behavior ,bonus policy in slitting process; Responsible for daily management of slitting process, deliver education and training to operators and make assessment for them, build up ET system for slitting; Policy maker and modifier regarding production, equipment, safety, data collection, Responsible for making sure it is implemented by operators via daily monitoring; Visual management system establisher in order to make it easier to see the KPI result and follow up operator performance; Responsible for conducting factory Autonomous Mountainous pillar activities, increasing the ownership of operators, which will help factory to deliver good KPI result with operator’s daily work; Increase EE survey scores in slitting process.Achievements:  Perfect packs delivering with equipment efficiency increasing from 17% in 2010 to 19.3% now; With all efforts of slitting team, waste drop 10% since Dec 2010- from 0.43% to 0.38%; Reputation are increase with customer claim reduce 40% in Q1, 2011 in Slitting process; Operators break the output record of slitting process in both mar 23rd and Apr 22nd, which EE equal to 31.8% (BEST in TP).

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for target and schedule setting and follow up daily; participate in policy making in order to get improvement for production; Build up achievements evaluation systems for different shifts; Responsible for daily management of prepress, deliver education and training to operators and make assessment for them, build up ET system for Prepress; Policy maker and modifier regarding production, equipment, safety, data collection, Responsible for making it implemented by operators via daily monitoring; Responsible for prepress Investment application, making schedule of investment and follow up; Visual management system establisher in order to make it easier to see the KPI result and motivate operators to do excellent job every day.Achievements:  Plate output increase 15% per shift; Standard work instruction were established, Q-points and check lists are published on site which will easily done by operators and monitored by managers; Plate waste system were built and actions taken , waste reduced 20% in 2010, plate mending reduce from 8% to 6%, which means printing EE increase 2%, with all these results, cost saving 20 thousand.

Achievements:  Printing defect waste reduce from 2% to 1.5%; No. of customer claim reduce from 54 in 2008 to 34 in 2009; EE increase 3% ; All these means 1mio RMB were saved.
