 Under Mercedez-Benz Heavy-duty Truck Localization Project, acting as product owner of Aftersales sub-project working packages including spare parts logistics, spare parts engineering and spare parts pricing etc. Identify, analyze and confirm business requirement, user story documentation and testing case draft, make sure the quality gate deliverables meet project timeline and criteria.  Act as product owner of aftersales, liaise with multiple stakeholders incl. joint venture, business unit, IT and consultant team, Daimler truck headquarter and other product owners on regular basis, in partnership related to business requirements, solution design, project timeline and deliverables.

 Under Parts Distribution Strategy Project Department, taking control of Planning Working Package of Spare Parts Management (SPM) Project, including Planning & Procurement, Supplier Management, Importation and Remanufacturing business including passenger cars, vans, trucks, buses and electric cars. Adopting Agile approach starting from product backlog per working package identifying and analyzing business requirement, user story documentation, prioritization and grooming, testing case draft, QA, ending with sprint demo and sprint retrospective on regular basis.  Taking charge of key user training, SIT, UAT support, Cutover, Hyper-care trouble shooting and problem solving.  Liaise with other SPM working packages, Product Owner, IT group, SAP & Deloitte consultant, business units and headquarter-Global Service & Parts Logistics on regular basis, in partnership related to business requirements, solution design, project timeline and deliverables. Familiar with multiple module operation of SAP ERP System--SPP/ECC/CRM.

Spare Parts Order & Stock & Logistics & Customer Service issues etc. Act as liaison between our Leading Logistics Provider--DHL, Logistic Account and Operational Managers etc. in APAC region, in partnership related to daily logistics eg. Backorder planning & procurement  Familiar with multiple module operation of ORACLE ERP System—CRM/SCM. Take ownership of Compliance Specialist in HK/TW region, supporting import & export issue of Strategic Parts.

 Act as Indonesia Project Owner of Service Delivery Center, fully control and lead the entire project. End-to-end order management, receive and validate customer purchase order; enter, schedule, and follow up sales order in SAP  Familiar with SAP ECC (R/3) SD/MM Module operation Act as key interface to the customer/account; providing day-to-day logistics support incl. order, inventory management related trouble shooting and problem solving. Work together with logistics service providers (LSP),Hub, MEX buyer , in partnership related to order management, customs clearance, transportation and deliveries Invoicing controlling of intercompany value flow and ensure correct invoice triggered and delivered timely.
