• Administer injections and medications, manage IV therapy, provide dressing changes and wound care, suctioning, tracheostomy care, catheter care, G-tube feeding, bolus feeding, oxygen supply resuscitation, glucose testing, Foley Catheter care. • Monitor patient’s condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts• Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.• Observe and note physical condition, reactions, report any changes to the supervisor. • Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.• Closely monitor changes of conditions of subacute residents.
