EyePort is an ASEAN tech startup with high ambitions, aiming to bridge the gap for consumers between online shopping and traditional brick-and-mortar shops. While interning as a technological consultant over the summer of 2018, Jet has:➢ Automated the customer service pipeline using Freshdesk technology➢ Trained the customer service team comprising of 5 people➢ Helped cut 50% of the company’s annual hosting server expenditure by leading its migration➢ Increased customer interaction and resource management by 2-fold after introducing a chat bot to their e-commerce website and a helpdesk to automate customer service➢ Polished the company’s image by rebuilding their corporate website from scratch (www.eye-port.com) Today, Jet continues his contributions through his freelancing work for EyePort.
